Great result. Got two pairs (one sunglasses) for a really good price. The staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommended

The staff are professional, patient & polite. Also this is my closest Specsavers but I've tried other stores and you just have to see the amount of customers compared to the competitors, you know this is a good store. If you have any issues - just go back them.

Brilliant - Olivia was wonderful, and Linda was so engaging, funny and skilled. She spent time helping me pick frames, not rushing at all and was honest in her feedback. Brilliant :)

Appointment was very easy to make and I was seen by optometrist very quickly. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Caitlin was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and VERY patient with me whilst trying to decide which frames I wanted (which wasn't easy as I am picky with my specs) but Caitlin just kept on smiling ~ bless her. THANK YOU CAITLIN AND THE TEAM!!!

There is a particularly pushy staff member. She rushed through my selection process and consequently ordered the wrong lenses. She also did not explain the costs involved as I was using my own frames. Almost a month until I received the correct glasses. On a previous visit my partner was pressured into an audiology test (by the same staff member). When I explained that we were there to have an eye test only. She was insistent, pushy and aggressive and kept saying "But it's free". I tried to avoid here on my most recent visit but had no option. I will not be returning to Specsavers Taigum.

My appointment to update my multifocals at Taigum was a really good experience. Very friendly, helpful & professional staff. There were no wait times & no fees, other than my 2 pairs of prescription glasses which were excellent value for money. The large selection of frames I could choose from was great and at very affordable prices. Id highly recommend a visit.

Olivia, my optometrist, was wonderful. She is excellent at her job. If you think you may have a cataract issue, she's the one to go "see"! Very skilled. Lisa, was very organised and assisted with the after service process relating to lense options, payment and the hard part, choice of glasses. Always good to have two or three staff involved with which ones suit my face too. 🤔 Overall, experience was exceptional. Thankyou Specsavers Taigum 😃 👓
